So, I didn't mean to go house hunting, but I found an amazing 1950 s brick bungalow up the road from where my folks live. Probably 30 min from our sisters, ten minutes from more shopping than one could need. Five acres.On Zillow for two days.
Too. Good.TO. Be. True.
I have planned the garden, the screen porch_ addition,_ and the roof off the back for a carport.
Could it.be this quick?
can't sleep.

if you need a buyer's agent for this, I have a recommendation. (the one who helped me with my house is retired, but a friend has someone she has used twice who is a friend of their family and she speaks highly of.)
I didn't realize it could happen so soon - I thought you were looking towards moving in the next year or two! good luck.
