This is the periodic practice of thinking about easy improvements to aspects of my work and living spaces.

Take the list or similar, and quickly dash off three small things in each area that can be done to improve your quality of being. Then set aside. Repeat the process some time later (a quarter? "ten week" period?) and then review the previous one. Tag taw@w & ftf

1. Work space
Office is moving at the end of January. Main goal is to minimize what junk is around and identify what really needs to move.

2. Car/transportation
I continue to be quite satisfied -- although ...
[ ] the floor mats do need to be replaced as they aren't gripping very well.

3. Kitchen
[ ] Need to continue eating the misc grains and flours, particularly left over from the gluten free bread baking year.
[ ] More sorting things out for harvest festival or thrift store to make sure there's not a struggle to get things in and out of cabinets.

Very very happy with the china and stainless. Just wish the wedding china wasn't such a difficult to match color of ivory!

4. Living room
Continues to be ignored.

5. Bedroom
What could i do about the cable craziness?
[ ] Habit: Put shoes up in closet and not the convenient under the dresser location.

6. Wardrobe
[ ] Continue to remove old clothing
Should i order new tights? The experimental tights proved that the colors from We Love Colors are good, but the cheaper nylon doesn't fit as well as i like. time to upgrade to the better fiber blend?

7. Reading list or entertainment plans
Pretty satisfied with my intentions here: need to follow through! (IE: not watch things four nights of the week but make sure i walk those nights.)

8. Exercise habits
Good intentions here but need to follow through -- STILL.

9. Eating habits
I may have been too forgiving with wheat for a while. With this holiday season of temptation, stick to dark chocolate and fruit as sweets, abstain from baked sweets (Except some sort of use of all that canned almond filling.)

[ ] Habit: Cook up the fresh veggies when i get them!

10. Spiritual/intellectual maintenance
[ ] Continue the flash card practice
[ ] Daily advent reflections
[ ] Pick one night for Meeting correspondence?
