Looks like a kind of ficus to me. Find it a spot and don't move it, they don't like being moved.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ficus_benjamina Ficus benjamina, an extremely popular and extremely difficult plant. Fussy about light drafts, and humidity. If it does well, it gets too big, then starts dropping its leaves or getting scale, aphids, or worse. If you can coax it into growing, it's quite lovely, with drooping branches and nicely shaped leaves.
